Alia

Bio: A former researcher who became the Maverick Hunters' ace navigator later on. She is good friends with Houki and is fascinated by X's designs. She too wonders about who made Zero and why. Her colleague is Gate, unfortunately, she was forced to make Gate a failure and is ashamed of what she did to her colleague, so she decided to join the Maverick Hunters to start over. It is hinted that she has feelings for X, but only one of the 7 IS pilots can love him. So she helps out one of them on wooing X. She can navigate any area and such, making her a ally to X, Zero, the IS girls and later Axl.

Iris

Bio: Sister to the Colonel of Repliforce and Zero's love interest. She is best friends with Charlotte. She shares X and Dr. Light's dream of a world where Reploids and humans live together in harmony. She doesn't like fighting and gets emotional when Repliforce is tricked by Sigma to build a Reploid nation and her brother and Zero and his friends fight each other. Eventually, the IS girls managed to get Colonel on their side and he helps them stop the General from pursuing that mad dream. However, she is captured by Sigma and Double and brainwashed to fight Zero, Colonel and Charlotte. But Charlotte saves her and after the Repliforce War, she becomes the new leader of Repliforce after her brother and the General's death and she becomes Zero's soulmate. She can be seen hanging out at Hunter Base, chatting with Zero and the others while doing work for Repliforce.
